The Children's Art Carnival is 40, and this is the first of many celebrations to take place throughout the year. There will be fun and games for the whole family, plus an exhibit of our After School & Saturday students' work, along with media presentations from out Comunication Arts participants. See you there!

NGOA's Back 2 Black
Back 2 Black: Celebrating The Literary Arts - In celebration of Black History Month, The Children's Art Carnival's NGOA - in collaboration with Urban Word and The Shabazz Center - present this event which illustrates the legacy of Black writing through visual interpretations of literary works, LIVE performances by spoken word artists, and a presentation of the film "Sounds of Spirit" featuring invited guests Common, Talib Kweli, and KRS-1.
